Company events in Irvine and along the 405
Orange County business is medical devices, tech, cars, real estate and wealth management, and a lot of it is headquartered between Irvine and Newport. Those companies throw client appreciation dinners, holiday parties, sales meetings and open houses. Whatever they call it, they want the same thing, which is for people to talk to each other. That’s what I’m there for.
Coast weddings
From the bluffs at Dana Point up to Newport Harbor, nearly every wedding venue here builds in a long outdoor cocktail hour. It’s the one stretch of the day with nothing scheduled, so that’s where I work.
Parties at home
Big birthdays in Newport Coast, anniversary dinners in Laguna, backyard parties in Yorba Linda and Coto de Caza. Usually it’s an hour or two of walking around, and sometimes a short parlor show right before the toast.
Convention week in Anaheim
The Anaheim Convention Center is the biggest on the West Coast. The receptions, suites and hosted dinners that go on around a major show are very good rooms for close-up work. There’s more about that on the company events page.

Do you charge extra to come to Orange County?
I’m in Los Angeles and most of Orange County is about an hour from me. The drive is already in the price I give you, so you won’t see a mileage line.
Which parts of the county do you cover?
All of it. Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna, Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Orange, Tustin, Yorba Linda, and San Clemente if you ask nicely.
We’re hosting something during a show at the Anaheim Convention Center. Is that a fit?
Very much. Hospitality suites, hosted receptions and client dinners around a big convention all exist to get conversations going, and that’s the thing I’m good at.
Do you do Orange County weddings?
Yes. The coastal venues in Newport, Laguna and Dana Point almost always have a long outdoor cocktail hour with a view, which is the slot I like best. More about weddings.
